Are your pretzels vegan?
Yes. Ingredients inlcude flour, water, salt, yeast, sugar, extra virgin olive oil & soda (finishing). Please note: pretzels are made in a facility that processes nuts & seeds.
Do you offer gluten free pretzels?
No, sorry. These pretzels require high gluten flour for the dough development, which lends the pretzels their distinct chew & texture.
Do you ship pretzels?
Yes. We hand-deliver fresh & frozen pretzels within Napa Valley and we also ship frozen pretzels nationwide.
How do I reheat frozen pretzels?
Thaw pretzels; preheat oven to 350°; brush pretzel with olive oil, butter or water; sprinkle with provided pretzel salt; bake approximately 3-5 minutes. *As each oven varies, please keep an eye on your pretzel while reheating!*
